The desert departure is generally scheduled for 08:00 the next morning. If you prefer a different time, please coordinate it in advance. You will be transferred to Casa Duna, where you can enjoy showers and breakfast to end your stay on a high note.
Then, heading towards the impressive Canyon de Los Perdidos, nestled in the Ocucaje desert.
Aboard a private vehicle, you will explore this little-known natural wonder: a spectacular ravine carved into the arid lands, which you can freely explore with your driver.

Bike excursion – From Chinchero to the Maras salt ponds via Moray
Today, we will pick you up from your hotel to head towards the village of Chinchero, northwest of Cusco. After a first stop, our driver will take you to the starting point of the bike excursion, located a few minutes from the village.
Your two-wheeled adventure begins here, in the heart of spectacular landscapes dominated by the snow-capped mountains of the Andes. Along the way, you will skirt the Huaypo lagoon and cross the Andean countryside, between potato, bean and quinoa fields.
After approximately one hour of driving, you will reach the archaeological site of Moray, before continuing to the village of Maras to visit its famous salt mines and have lunch there.
At the end of the day, your driver will take you back to Cusco or to the Sacred Valley, depending on your itinerary.

Inca Trail
We will begin our adventure at dawn from Cusco or Ollantaytambo, heading towards Ollantaytambo train station. From there, we will take the train to km 104 to begin our hiking.
Kilomètre 104 → Aguas Calientes
Our first historical stop will be Chachabamba, an Inca archaeological site on the route to the Machu Picchu sanctuary.
We will then walk for approximately three hours to reach the splendid Wiñayhuayna site, famous for its more than 40 agricultural terraces. Located at the top of a mountain, this site is accessible only to hikers on the Inca Trail.
We will continue our trek towards Intipunku, a picturesque cluster of small houses that probably served as a control post.
Aguas Calientes → Machu Picchu
This place offers an ideal opportunity to capture exceptional panoramic photos of the Machu Picchu citadel. Intipunku is undoubtedly the best viewpoint to admire the majestic Lost City of the Incas.
Machu Picchu → Aguas Calientes
Finally, we will descend to Aguas Calientes, where we will be transferred to our hotel to settle in and spend the night.
After your exploration of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, a bus will take you back to the village of Aguas Calientes, a journey of approximately 30 minutes.

Machu Picchu, perched at 2,430 meters above sea level in the heart of the tropical forest, is an exceptional site. Considered one of the greatest urban achievements of the Inca empire at its height, it impresses with its monumental walls, terraces, and ramps that seem to blend naturally into the rocky cliffs.
Enjoy a guided tour of approximately two hours with our local guide, followed by free time to explore this wonder of the world at your own pace.
You will need to reach the main avenue of Aguas Calientes to take a shuttle that will take you to the entrance of Machu Picchu. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
Machu Picchu → Aguas Calientes
After exploring the Incan citadel, you will descend by bus to the village of Aguas Calientes. The journey takes approximately 30 minutes.
If you prefer, you can purchase a ticket to descend by bus.
Aguas Calientes → Ollantaytambo
You will take the train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo.

Registration is considered firm and final after payment of a deposit of 30% of the total price and acceptance of the specific terms of sale.
The balance must be paid no later than 45 days before the departure date.

- More than 60 days before departure: 40% of the total price (deposit retained)
- Between 60 and 30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
- Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of the total price

Passport
To enter Peru, your passport must be valid for a minimum of six months after your entry date and must contain at least one blank page for immigration stamps.
The document must be in good condition (no damaged, torn, or altered pages).
Tourism stay without a visa
Entry requirements depend on your nationality. You must verify the visa requirements and any visa exemptions applicable to you with the embassy or consulate of Peru in your country of residence.
Generally, immigration authorities may request:
an exit ticket from the country (return flight or onward travel),
proof of sufficient financial resources for the duration of your stay,
confirmation of an accommodation booking for the first nights.
Health and vaccinations
Vaccination requirements depend on your nationality and the regions you plan to visit. However, certain vaccinations are strongly recommended according to the areas visited:
yellow fever is recommended for travelers going to the Amazon regions and low-altitude areas (below 2,300 m); an international vaccination certificate may be required upon entry if you are arriving from a risk country,
updating routine vaccinations (hepatitis A, typhoid fever, tetanus) is advised.
Precautions against malaria are recommended in certain regions of the Peruvian Amazon. Consult a doctor or international vaccination center before your departure.
Travel with children
Minors must hold their own valid passport covering the duration of the stay.
When a minor travels without one or both parents, Peruvian authorities may require a notarized parental authorization, ideally translated into Spanish. Additional requirements may apply depending on your country of residence.
